金秋的十月丹桂飘香,美丽的杭城贵客临门。恰逢第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛在北京圆满结束之时,杭州第一技师学院(工匠学院)也在续写自己的“一带一路”故事。
经过近一年的沟通、考察和协商,在杭州第一技师学院餐饮休闲产业学院的积极推动下,在马来西亚槟城厨师协会、马来西亚槟城姑苏广存堂茶酒楼公会的大力支持下,备受瞩目的马来西亚中餐国际化研讨班于10月30日在杭州第一技师学院(工匠学院)成功开班。本次研讨班将采用SKYPE软件以线上方式进行。参加开班仪式活动的马方代表有槟城厨师协会、槟城姑苏广存堂茶酒楼公会的PETTER、BILLY LEE、JACK LEE、KELVIN CHEN、STEVEN LIM、KYORILOK等人,中方代表有杭州第一技师学院副院长余颂群、办公室主任朱磊、餐饮休闲产业学院院长王爱明、副院长张建红、西子国宾馆厨师长葛志军大师等人。
中方代表余颂群副院长首先致欢迎词。她详细介绍杭州第一技师学院的办学情况以及近几年取得的成绩。在热烈的掌声中,她宣布:“马来西亚中餐国际化研讨班开班”。马方代表PETTER表示,感谢学院提供的平台,让槟城姑苏广存堂茶酒楼公会的厨师们有机会进修中餐烹饪技能,希望同仁能珍惜机会,好好学习。
本届研讨班将以“中餐繁荣,合作发展”为主题,由中方优秀的烹饪大师们向马方学员介绍中华传统饮食文化,分析中国自助餐发展现状,分享西溪风情宴秋韵菜品,并指导练习中式面点技术。通过文化与技术的交流,全面地展示中餐魅力,将中国饮食文化和烹饪技艺传播到马来西亚槟城,促进当地中餐繁荣和中餐从业人员的技术提升。
杭州第一技师学院院长杨国强表示,本次中餐国际化研讨班是一次很好的国际化探索和实践,接下来将深入线下交流和双方互访。在“一带一路”背景下,美食文化将化为桥梁,为烹饪教育事业国际化发展和中餐国际化助力。

In the autumn of October, the osmanthus fragrance is fragrant, and the beautiful Hang zhou Asian Games guests are coming. It coincides with the successful conclusion of the third Belt and Road International Co-operation Summit Forum. Hangzhou First Technician College is also continuing to write its own “Belt and Road" story.
After nearly a year of communication, investigation and consultation, with the active promotion of Hangzhou First Technician College, with the support of Penang Chefs' Association and Penang Kusu Kwong Chutang Tea and Restaurant Association,the high-profile international seminar on Chinese food in Malaysia successfully opened on October 30 at Hangzhou First Technician College.The international seminar will be conducted online by Skype software. The Malaysian representatives attending the opening ceremony were PETTER, BILLY LEE, JACK LEE, KELVIN CHEN, STEVEN LIM, KYORILOK and others from Penang Chefs' Association, Penang Kusu Kwong Chutang Tea and Restaurant Association. The Chinese representatives included Yu Songqun, vice president of Hangzhou First Technician College, Zhu Lei, director of office, Wang Aiming, President of Catering and Leisure Industry College, Zhang Jianhong, Vice president, Master Ge Zhijun, chef of Xizi State Guesthouse, and others.
The Chinese representative, Vice President Yu Songqun, first delivered a welcoming speech. She introduced in detail the running of Hangzhou First Technician College and its achievements in recent years. To warm applause, she announced the opening of the "International Seminar on Chinese Food in Malaysia". PETTER, the Malaysian representative, said that he was grateful to the Institute for providing a platform for the chefs of the Penang Kusu Kwong Chutang Tea and Restaurant Association to have the opportunity to learn Chinese cooking skills, and hoped that colleagues could cherish the opportunity and study hard.
With the theme of "Chinese Food Prosperity, Cooperation and Development", the seminar will introduce Chinese traditional food culture, analyze the development status of Chinese buffet, share Xixi style and autumn charm dishes, and guide the practice of Chinese pastry techniques. Through the exchange of culture and technology, the charm of Chinese food is fully displayed, Chinese food culture and cooking skills are spread to Penang, Malaysia, and the prosperity of local Chinese food and the technical improvement of Chinese food practitioners are promoted.
Yang Guoqiang, president of Hangzhou First Technician College, said that the internationalization of Chinese food seminar is a good international exploration and practiceis, and the next step will be in-depth offline exchanges and mutual visits. In the context of "The Belt and Road", we will take food culture as a bridge to help the international development of culinary education and the internationalization of Chinese food.
